Son, John took over his father’s business in 1957 and renamed it Wellborn’s. During his 60 years at the helm, he narrowed its focus to men’s clothing and shoes.
The floors are still the original as well as the tin ceiling tiles.
The Plan
This building will be completely updated and transformed into a 4500 Sq. foot open space.
